MY RESPONSIBILITY

First things first: Understand that we're somewhat bound by the limitations of the mix you submit to us. It is not realistic to expect $100k results from a $300 mix. But we can make dramatic improvements.

That being said, our general policy is that we're happy to make revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the results. If your expectations are unrealistic, we'll politely let you know.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If we spend the time on your mastering session and you later need to redo it due to a wrong file submission or updated mix, we'll charge for the additional time required—as per our policy. These days, that time is worth $100.

Mastering is a subjective art, and occasionally, my vision of the finished product may not align with yours. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, please let me know! It won't hurt my feelings—in fact, it's an important part of the process that helps me steer the sound exactly where you envision it. Communication is key.

Before sending the master files into production, meticulously review them to ensure they're error-free and match what you want. By approving the content, you release Enormous Door Audio Mastering from any liabilities related to the production of approved material.
