MY RESPONSIBILITY

First things first, understand that we are somewhat bound by the limitations of the mix that you submit to us. It is not realistic to expect $100k results from a $300 mix. But we can make dramatic improvements.

That being said, our general policy is that we are happy to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the results. If your expectations are unrealistic, we will politely let you know.

If we spend the time doing the mastering work, and then you decide that you need to redo the master because you have submitted a wrong file or have updated a mix, then, as a policy, we need to charge for the time it requires to re-run the session. These days, that time is worth $50.

Mastering is a subjective art, and occasionally, my vision of the finished product may not be what you had in mind. If you are not totally satisfied with the results of the mastering, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! It will not hurt my feelings. In fact, it is a very helpful part of the process that helps me steer the sound of the master exactly where you envision it. Communication is important.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Before sending the master files into production, it is important to meticulously review them and ensure that they are error-free and exactly what you want. By approving the content, you release Enormous Door Audio Mastering from any liabilities related to the production of approved material.
